We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on every PureOas installation. If you're not satisfied — for any reason — we'll remove the unit, restore your plumbing, and refund the full AED 1,199 purchase price.

How the 60-day guarantee works

Message us on WhatsApp (+971 58 517 2771) within 60 days of your install date. Tell us the reason (or don't — we don't gate the refund on justification). We'll schedule a removal visit within 72 hours, typically same-week.

Our technician removes the unit, restores the cold-water connection, and re-seals the countertop hole to its pre-install state. We carry everything needed — no charge, no parts fee. The refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

What is covered

The full purchase price (AED 1,199) is refundable within the 60-day window. The free shower filter stays with you — we do not claw it back.

After 60 days

From day 61 onward, the hardware warranty (5 years) still applies. If anything fails due to defect, we repair or replace at no charge. The 60-day unconditional window no longer applies.

Service-plan cancellation

The optional annual service plan (AED 500/year) can be cancelled any time. Unused months are refunded pro-rata less a 10% admin fee. If you cancel the service plan but keep the unit, warranty coverage continues; we simply don't show up for scheduled cartridge changes until you re-enrol.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If the installed unit shows a manufacturing defect within the first 7 days, we replace it on the spot — no process, no forms. Just WhatsApp us.

Moving out of Dubai

If you're leaving the UAE, we offer two options: (1) we buy the unit back at fair depreciated value, or (2) you can keep it (it's yours — no tether). Within Dubai, we relocate the system free of charge on our next available slot.
